I retained Joe Harsh years ago in a custody case and he was phenomenal! Couldn’t have asked for better representation. However, I just called his office hoping to retain him once again in a separate matter and the lady that answered the phone was so unbelievably rude I decided on the spot to look elsewhere. I still gave 4 stars because he truly is the best, but I will not be talked down to for asking a question, and I definitely won’t allow another grown adult to raise their voice as if they’re annoyed that I even called in the first place. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but it was uncalled for.

Staff is excellent, wonderful & takes care of your legal news. You can not beat the friendly caring staff. Mrs Bennett went far & beyond to provide our needs. We appreciate her, her husband & Ms. Kimberly Smith very much.. Highly recommend this firm.

Where do I begin!! I came to Harsh and Harsh with a complicated estate. They have and continue to go ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! We have been to court multiple times because of unexpected issues but they have been on top of it 100%!! Joe is awesome in the court room and his paralegal Kimberly is 1 in a billion!!! She caught a copied signature on some paperwork filed against the estate!!! A FORGERY!!!! They really make your case feel important and personable, not just another dollar. I have gained a friend for life through this and will always recommend and use them in any capacity I can!!! 5 stars is not enough!!!
