Highly recommend. I did a lot of research, looked at about 6 different family lawyers...The going rate is a 12-1500$ deposit. One lawyer was willing to go down to 1K for a deposit, but my gut went with Amy. Two things I really was grateful for: her rates are fair and reasonable; and she was responsive and communicative. Whenever an email seemed like it would be too difficult to understand, she would call to communicate the message. She didn't use legal jargon and always made sure I understood and that we were on the same page. AND the deposit I paid was used as a balance from which services were deducted from; after all was said and done, I only owed about 600$ more. It was my first lawyer experience and a very good one (I've heard horror stories from other people about their experience with lawyers--never available to take calls, using legal jargon the client was confused about, etc.). Amy Gervich is my lawyer for life!

Extremely bad experience. A family lawyer should be attentive, responsive and compassionate. Amy is none of these things.

This lawyer is hard to deal with, we showed her our case in detail and she said your situation is good and I can tell you that I will do my job for three thousand dollars, we paid two thousand dollars and the rest when the case is over, then the dirty game began. She asked us for a number of documents, we brought all the documents, and then she told us that the opponent's lawyer called her and told her that he was asking to postpone the case. She then asked to meet with us to tell us that she wanted some documents and additional information. We told her we gave you these documents, and she denied it. In the case, she revealed to us another face of a fraudulent attorney who is not looking out for her clients' best interest but is looking for money only to ask us to pay another thousand dollars before she goes to court and before she does anything just because she's met. us twice. She want $3000, you tell us you're weak in the case, you're going to jail and you're trying to scare me like I'm a criminal, She did not give us any details of what she did to take three thousand dollars for just two hours of interview, and she did not go to court , it's a field scam.

That's exactly what I found in Amy Gervich and her team! There was so many times during my case I was willing to settle but Amy reassured me that I didn't have to settle and that she would fight for me all the way. I put that trust in her and she delivered! I highly recommend her and her team!

Amy got my case settled in a highly contested case. She was my 2nd attorney. I am very satisfied in what she was able to do with the cards we were dealt. You will not be disappointed using her. She is also very fair with billing.
