This office is very rude when we call to check on the status of my husbands Premesis Claim. They would never return our calls but would insist they were calling us. My husband updated his phone number with them and they still called his OLD number. They claimed to have called me personally also, his wife, and insisted I was not answering. They lied and said they left me voicemails on 3 different dates...they said they sent us mail that got returned?? Then finally when we got a letter that they were not going to represent us, they had someone else's case information on the letter. Very disorganized and very rude. They will talk over you and hang up on you mid-sentence or just simply leave you on hold for 40 minutes.

They the Greatest they settled my case in March 2017n and someone hit me again in xc0pril 2017 and they helping me with this case also.
