My accident was over 3 yrs ago. I started off with Jeffery Livers who then was replaced by Sean Hennick due to having issues with Jeffery never following up and I was notified he was no longer with the company. After getting my case resolved and was told all medical bills were paid, I now have over 30 separate negative blemishes on my credit from this accident that were turned into creditors. I've tried over and over to get a hold of Sean Hennick and his assistant Larisa Garcia, but get no response. My next course of action will to seek legal advice else where to go after Hastings & Hastings for personal distress and not fully resolving my case as promised. Stay away from this place!

We had an accident that we were really unsure what to do.
