Lures you in by saying that he charges flat fee with contract which helps you by not charging hourly rates. Was embarrassing when he filed an inappropriate petition, judge called him to chambers to discuss because his client (me) was trying to educate him in law in court. ???? NEVER returned phone calls or emails. Unfortunately, I had recommended his service to a close friend going through a divorce BEFORE I was a witness to just how inexperienced and unprofessional he was. My friend had same issues with him, and unfortunately, suffered worse than I did. Save your money and get a professional attorney. I’m thankful that I was somewhat aware of legal filings and procedures. He doesn’t even deserve one star. Puts up a GREAT front but FAILS horribly in communication and representation.
To start: I settled. It was my choice to agree to settle in mediation. To be crystal clear... I did so because I had zero faith in my attorney in the 11th hour of a a fight that directly effects the future of my child. If I had a competent attorney... I would have taken this to trial. In addition to this... at his direction I quit paying cash medical support and now I'm on the hook. If you're attorney tells you to stop paying cash medical support because you now provide private insurance, unless you have a new order saying as much, DO NOT DO IT! He couldn't get the OAG to budge and in the midst of the OAG battle opposing counsel forced the signing of an order that had not even been reviewed. He was terrible in our only hearing, was super soft in deposition and never took the time to review the multiple three ring binders of information/evidence. He never fully understood my little girls case. It was just a quick buck... and an easy one as nothing was accomplished. His pricing structure is great. But, remember you get what you pay for. I do not recommend.
