Office was very messy, dirty, and dingy. Had a good initial consultation. Was very informative and friendly. Then, over billed me several times. Never once called or emailed me. Was rude on the phone when I called him. Overpriced in my experience. Ended up letting him keep my deposit and used a different attorney. Would not recommend.

I highly recommend Keith! I saw Keith in court in action and immediately fired my current attorney and hired him. Keith is very well prepared. Professional, respected, quick, and very detailed. Also, honest and truly cares about his clients. He is out to win your case, period. His fees are reasonable and very, very fair. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat!

Some of what you read is true about Mr. Havens as not worth the fee he charges for what he does. Can't say my family will use his services again.
