Hired him for a writ in 2014. Still in 2019 nothing is done. This office does not return phone calls nor do they answer the phone. And the attorney himself does not communicate with you after you pay .

Highly do not recommend! He will not return your phone calls/ emails. He does not care about your case. He only cares about the Benjamin's. You are just a statistic. Trump would not endorse this Trader. He would Betray Trump in a new york minute and leak classified information to the press. Clients check your itemized statements, He is a con artist. He needs to be confined to Prison…a Thief/a Fraud… there is room for him! He will make egregious errors on your cases and he will disclose confidential information about your case with other clients. He will undermine your decisions. Unorganized - do not expect to receive your personal belongings back your items will be placed with other client's materials. Gary e-filed a motion and stated I had a daughter by the name of A. Lagunas and my parents were Terri and Kevin Todd. Not True!! Watch out for this used car salesman... favorite line "judge’s likes me and this is an advantage for you."

One of the worst experiences i've ever encountered. Not once did he return calls, he never spoke to his client, and maybe spoke 45 seconds to mother of defendant. Staff is beyond rude, staff stated verbatim "he doesn't have to speak to you" had a stand in attorney when Polland was out of town, that attorney did more for my son in 30 minutes then Polland did the entire time. If you want someone to fight for you this is not the attorney for you! You will just be one of the many cases, you will be another number to him maybe couple extra dollars, he does not and will not care about you.
