The smallest, but definitely not the least, theatre on Broadway. We saw "What the Constitution Means to Me", the acoustics were excellent, all of the sight lines are classy and unobstructed. It is a very nice theater and a really provocative play!

The smallest Broadway theater with only 597 seats, it is hard to go wrong in this space. The Second Stage Theater company has done a great job keeping this a viable working house with interesting presentations. Last row of the orchestra was fine, cannot imagine that the balcony is bad at this size.

This is the only theater on Broadway that exclusively produces plays by living American playwrights. Nice little theater. Orchestra seats that are near the walls on either side will not have a full view of the stage. My seat was H 8, which is third in from the wall, and the far right side of the stage was out of my view.

What a horrible theater!!! They lost our tickets and made us stand in the hallway, while their rude and confrontational “security” shuffled us around and made SURE we knew that we were in the way. We did not ask for them to lose our tickets and to be standing there. They made us feel like we were less than. To compound matters, I’m disabled and they refused to find me somewhere to sit. Absolutely atrocious. The pinnacle of Broadway could be at this theater and I’d never come back.

This theater was clean. The staff was organized in keeping people out of the way before the doors opened and the ushers efficiently made sure everyone got to their seats. The bar was a little expensive but the wine was great and they were so quick getting through the line.
