I had the pleasure of dealing with Hays Cauley Law Firm for a short period of time. Which was good on my behalf. I contacted the Law Firm and spoke with Will about a debt collector trying to get a Judgement on me about an old debt. Mr. Will act very promptly on my behalf. I contacted Penny Hayes-Cauley when my elderly mother found an erroneous account listed on her credit report. The international banking company that issued the credit to someone else tried to bully my mother into responsibility for the debt. Not knowing where to turn, I contacted Hayes-Cauley since they were self described as specializing in consumer affairs. Although the case did not present much financial incentive for the firm, Penny recognized the merits of the case and went immediately to work to help right this wrong. She was focused and caring with my mother. She was also aggressive and firm presenting the case to the defendants attorneys. Despite the size of the company with whom we were dealing, Penny was not intimidated by them or dismissive of my mother's concerns. I am pleased to report that my mother was vindicated and awarded a settlement despite the ongoing initial objections of the company involved. My mother and I are so appreciative and greatly relieved. Neither of us would hesitate in choosing Hayes-Cauley again should we have the need. My only regret is that we couldn't give her more than 5 stars! Tammy
