My situation is similar to Dario’s below. It appears this firm will file things randomly against anyone without any concern or regard for how it may impact someone’s life. When I called to discuss, I was repeatedly talked over before eventually being hung up on. Totally unprofessional. Something must have changed with this firm because all of their good reviews are from years ago.

I received a Subpoena for a divorce Trial addressed to my professional practice from this firm with a very short notice prior to the trial date. I was not a party to the divorce case this firm was handling. I made multiple attempts to inform this firm and the lawyer Raymond Haas that I knew neither of the parties in either a personal or professional capacity and that the subpoena must had been a mistake. Mr. Haas failed to acknowledge my rather reasonable objections. I was not being called upon as an expert witness (a role which I am familiar with) and which recompenses an expert for their time and testimony after reviewing a party's medical history. I was merely demanded to appear on a matter for two individuals whom I had never met. As a result of the complete lack of professionalism by Mr. Haas, I was forced to appear and sit idle for over six hours on Zoom, while patients with very real and pressing medical needs all had to be rescheduled and my business and staff all had to make accommodations for a lawsuit in which I had no business being summoned for. Not surprisingly, I was never called by the bailiff to present testimony on the case. My time, my patients' time, my staff's time, and my business' reputation were harmed by this firm's complete failure to do their due diligence and LISTEN when a person tells them that they have nothing to do with the parties. No patients deserve to lose precious medical consultations due to this kind of unethical behavior. It is a waste of resources and time. If this is a tactic used by the firm to intimidate the other party in divorce matters (summoning completely unrelated medical professionals), then I would be happy to report it to the Florida Bar for further investigation.

I was referred to HD law partners in hopes hiring them to help with HOA cases I have. Unfortunately after reaching out multiple times they did not return my calls. I would suggest reaching out to a firm who is interested in new clients or at least has the respect to let potential new clients know they do not need their business versus just not responding.

Had an amazing experience with HD Law Partners from the Partner who first advised us ,Ray Haas, to the paralegals and the attorney who went with us to court (Keith Shevell), they provided excellent customer service, prompt communication, and I felt they were always looking out for our best interest. We were involved in a landlord dispute and it was extremely stressful. However as soon as we started working with HD Law to represent us, I finally felt some relief and were very happy with the ultimate outcome of our case. They are a great firm and Ray Haas is a knowledgeable, experienced, and above all caring lawyer!

Horrible experience with a billing individual Denise! Would not recommend to anyone! Would give zero stars if I could!
