I called them to help me with some issues with a residential gas fireplace and the person they sent did an excellent job not only fixing the issue, but taking time to explain and educate me about how to prevent it from happening again. This is "over and above" service in my opinion.nnThey do schedule out quite a ways especially in fall and winter, so be sure to leave ample time to get an appointment!
