I hired Heather in August/September of 2021 to sell one of my properties. After 6 months, no resolution, and excessive fees, I fired her for a multitude of reasons. I also had to file a number of complaints. Long story short, I had to hire another attorney and start from square one.
Heather was extremely unkind to me and rude. I only talked to her for a few moments before regretting spending the consultation fee. She was rude to me because my daughter was crying in the background and she couldnt hear me. No compassion at all. ** despite the offices response pretending this was a misunderstanding . I am able to tell when someone is down right rude and unkind and heather was BLATANTLY unkind.
Ms. Caeners office is so responsive and friendly. I knew they were always on top of my case. My case was handled quickly. I had to evict a tenant and Ms. Caeners knew what she was doing. I got my property back without going to a hearing or spending lots of money.
