Heather and her staff are absolutely fantastic. This firm has completed probably 30+ closings for us and each time the closings have been so easy and stress free for us. Highly recommend the Welch Law Firm.

I never post bad reviews, but I've got to say this is the worst closing attorney that you can possibly work with: 1) Heather doesn’t know how to pull mortgage payoffs for 2nd mortgages 2) Heather lacks communication (which is vital to a successful closing) 3) she was going to close on a house that still needed to go through probate, which is illegal (it wasn't until I fired her and switched to a competent attorney I found out that probate still needed to be done). Heather did not say anything about it during a 45 day period. Now I am working out the kinks. 4) after canceling with her, someone else told me about incompetent they are (this individual also fired her) If you are buying or selling a home and you want it to close. I highly recommend no one use this attorney.

This is terrible firm, we have waited over 2 months for our money on a closing and starting to think we have been scammed. Never have I heard not getting your money at closing, something’s not right.

Heather Welch and her staff in 2023 closed over 20 plus real estate deals for me alone. She provides great customer service, experience, and knowledge on each step towards closing. I highly recommend her service to everyone in the community.

Had a recent house sale closing with this attorney. Communication on required documents wasn’t clear and timely, leading to a rushed organization of the closing between the attorney and lender. This lead to multiple mistakes on the sellers disclosure documents. Customer service is lacking as they seemed more concerned with getting you out the door as fast as possible.
