The lady who answered at 10:00. Answered and sat there for 5 minutes then said can I hold. She treated me like a piece of trash and I believe that they're in business just to get government grants and funds to take care of themselves. They don't care about us or our legal issues. I call every other week from different numbers hoping that they would help me and it's always the same rude lady making me feel horrible. I would love for a private investigator to look into this place.

It is not worsted to ask for help. The Orange County Bar Association refer you to Legal Aid, Legal Aid refer you to the Orange Bar, A never ended story and the client does not have the help they need. They promote they provide help but don't count on their help , they have a bureaucracy system ,I don't know why are called legal aid when the less they provide is aid. But they ask for donations, I wonder what for.

Great organization with dedicated and professional staff. I have referred clients to them with very positive results. They obviously can't help everyone who "wants free legal help", but they do a great job serving those with the greatest need.

Wish I could leave no stars guardian ad litem is the worse. They didnt defend my child at all. This is the worse guardian ad litem service ever. Seminole county has a better system since I do volunteer there seems like orange county attorneys dont have the best interests for the child maybe pay isnt enough or they dont have a heart to really help children not sure but definitely horrible attorneys.

I have been volunteering with LASOCBA for the last 5 years. Although they cannot always help everyone, the overwhelming good I have seen them do over the years inspires me. Unfortunately, these days, they have less to work with and more to do. I believe in their message and if you have the opportunity to help, please send what you can. They use all of their resources to the best of their ability.
