John made our home closing an empowering and rewarding experience. He walked us through each step of the closing while translating all the "legalese" into a meaningful understanding. We did ask a lot of questions, yet he never rushed us to just sign paperwork. We will be using John for any future transactions and have recommended him to our friends.

We contacted Mr. Hedrick to handle our first home purchase. It was such a great decision because he went above and beyond. The documentation was clearly marked and he provided an explanation each time we needed to sign a document. Being first-time home buyers and seeing all the paper work adds to the anxiety of the process, but he was helpful and shared a few tips for paying off our mortgage. His patience and down to earth persona made us feel very comfortable.

Great experience! I got quotes from ~8 different closing attorney offices; all had fine reviews online and Hedrick had the best rate so I went with them. I had some concerns in the month between hiring them and closing but these all proved to be all for naught. I found myself having to reach out to them (instead of the other way around) to get periodic updates and also had to repeat a few pieces of information (and was asked to resend a few forms/documents). nnHowever, closing proceeded as scheduled without a hitch and the process was in fact quite organized. John Hedrick was very personable and thorough. Our realtor (who has witnessed many closings with many different attornies) said that John presented the information as well as anyone and described the amortization (and benefit of paying more than the minimum monthly payment) better than anyone he'd seen. nnOverall, John and his team did great and I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend them to anyone.

Robert and his team handled my wife's and I's closing this last October. The title work was well prepared, closing was simple, efficient, and everything was explained to us in laymen's terms (to me with some legal understanding) and to my wife (no previous understanding of the legal process). All of our questions were answered and we were very satisfied with the process and outcome.
