I had a great experience selling my co-op with them! I would highly recommend their services. They made everything go smoothly which can be difficult in NYC realty. They were always quick to respond and were pro-active in getting everything moving in the right direction. Very grateful for their services!

They handled a closing on our property in Dec. 2018 and sent the IRS the incorrection inform. I have been trying to reach them since then since they are the only ones that can submit the corrected 1099 form and they are not responsive. The IRS penalties are now serval hundred dollars! Still no response to my calls, emails, etc. Do not use this company.

I paid in ADVANCE for a consultation they never got back to me Finally they refunded my money So unprofessional, but more importantly unreliable and that is NOT good when it comes to an attorney especially when you need one. There are tons of amazing lawyers in NYC save your time and money and look elsewhere for professionalism this was just a waste of time.
