I could not be more grateful for the help of this team during a very challenging divorce. My lawyer Kyle, along with his Paralegal Stephanie, were professional, exceedingly timely and empathetic to difficultly of the divorce process. I was going through a divorce and needed a good lawyer. Katie Lammers and her firm were recommended to me by another lawyer I've worked with in the past that I hold in high regard. He was not wrong. I was helped throughout the experience with compassion and got regular updates on the status of the process. I highly recommend this firm if you find yourself in a similar situation. I have recommended them to a couple friends of mine in similar situations.

After one month of service and careful consideration, I dismissed Katie, Georgie and Amanda as my counsel and decided to retain new counsel that specializes in elder law who can manage this matter with the devotion, care, gravity, and seriousness that it deserves. See just a few concerns below. 1. They showed up unprepared for client meetings and hearings/scheduling meetings with the court which prolonged meetings and costs. We saw both Katie and Georgie actually reading up on the case in real time. My husband and I were shocked at their lack of preparation. 2. They failed to comprehend what my husband and I were asking for and responded with stating the exact opposite of what my husband conveyed even after he fed Katie the answer. 3. They failed to advise a plan or strategy for the case. They are tasks masters so if you give them a task to execute, they’re on it but they can’t do anything requiring forethought or planning beyond simple tasks or procedural items pertaining to the case. 4. They failed to provide advice or guidance on any correspondence with the opposing attorney due to they’re lack of knowledge in this area of law. 5. They failed to provide accurate or thorough advice on any of our questions. (ex; guardianship rules, claw back rules and 2 year care-taker clause) 6. They failed to communicate in an effective, efficient, and respectful manner on multiple occasions. Especially Amanda, she’s a paralegal and lacks knowledge and clarity regarding complex legal matters but won’t pause to obtain an accurate answer. She was my primary contact and very abrasive in her approach and raised her voice to me on multiple occasions causing more distress in an already stressful situation. 7. They worked on items that I never requested or continued to work on items that I requested them to stop working on increasing costs and prolonging the case. 8. They failed to work on items that I requested, completely ignoring my requests. 9. They failed to effectively and efficiently communicate with opposing counsel on every correspondence which she thoroughly enjoyed and used to her benefit, further damaging my case and increasing costs.

They have been extremely helpful in my husbands case. Always answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We're very friendly. They fought for what they felt my husband deserved. If it wasn't for them we would have walked away with bills and lost money. We would recommend them over and over again.
