I tried three times to get a simple question resolved. All three times the response was to consult a lawyer. Your title(self help center) is very accurate, you were no help at all. I'm sure you are publicly funded if my experience is indicative of the caliber of help offered I say the public's money is being wasted. Update: After further attempts my questions have been answered. I must admit my frustrations at first may have been misplace. At times I find it difficult to articulate my questions/concerns using this median. I can recommend Self-Help Center without reservation.

Can never get thru for this site, always on the phone with attorneys, thought attorneys knew the law and this was for people that cannot attorney l afford an attorney and need help with their rights and the law because we don’t have attorneys. Attorneys have the law and if someone has an attorney they don’t need self help…
