Quality local company that stands behind their products with great service. Could you go buy a cheaper water softener at Costco? Absolutely. But you'll have to figure out how to install, troubleshoot, and it'll have no guarantees or support. For peace of mind, a great product, at a slight premium of a price, go with Hellenbrand.

My home warranty folks put me in touch with Hellenbrand when my 16 year old water softener stopped working. Adam came out and ended up installing a new system for us. Adam and I got along great (fellow Veteran). He was thorough in explaining everything that needed to be done and everything that he ended up doing was a neat job with no mess. He had to come back a second time and do some plumbing for us and that visit went well. Overall we couldn’t be happier with Adam and the Hellenbrand team. Definitely recommend these folks.

Very happy with Hellenbrand. Was having some problems with our older Hellenbrand softener with a bypass valve leak and system running a small amount of water out of drain line when in service mode and I figured it was going to mean a new softener even though it still softened fine. Called their water center, talked to Jeremiah and had the answer in minutes, needed a new boot to rebuild the bypass valve and a rebuild kit for the head. They had everything on hand and I picked the parts up from their facility (they had the parts pulled and ready when I got there). Took me an hour to disassemble, cleanup and rebuild. Softener works terrific again. That’s service!!!!

I couldn't be more impressed with the prompt response when I inquired about my Hellenbrand water softener. I had no idea which model it was or where to find that information but Jeremiah walked me through where to find the model and helped me correct the settings. Thanks, Jeremiah and Hellenbrand!
