Reviews

Henderson Legal is our favorite closing attorney office. Sure we have used other good attorneys, but what we like most about Henderson Legal is the personal and direct contact when you have questions and or need help. They always give us the best legal counsel, make sure our deals are solid and that we have the best title policies. The fees are amazingly reasonable and they are investor savvy. As Real Estate Investors, this is our preferred closing office. We have brought challenging deals to this office and Chad has helped us work them out. We get our closings done quick within reason and our clients leave happy and funded fast.

We have been using Chad to close our real estate deals for almost a year now and our experience has always been excellent. His team is always professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Looking forward to have more successful closings at Henderson Legal!

I’ve been working with Chad Henderson for going on 4 years now and he has been my go-to closing attorney for all my residential and commercial real estate closings since. He is extremely knowledgeable and detailed. He’s worked out some extremely complex transactions for us and always goes above and beyond to get the deal closed. He’s straightforward and no-nonsense, exactly what you’d want out of your attorney! I recommend Henderson Legal to everyone I work with.

Chad was very responsive and easy to work with. I was a little hesitant at first because I went with the buyers closing attorney to keep the deal going and Chad was there every step of the way. I Would definitely use this firm in the future. Thank you for your quick responsiveness on everything and getting it closed on time.

I sent a revised contract file on 11/13/2019 and asked for confirmation. the original contract sent late October had expired. Never received confirmation of receipt from the office. The response on 11/20/2019 was a request for the extension amendment of the expired contract after I'd sent the new contract on 11/13/2019. It is a distressed sale where time is of the essence. On 11/21 by phone, I was told he was doing me a favor and to send him a payoff, we went back and forth about how he felt the transaction wasn't going to close and then he hung up on me. I responded via email to let him know I would share my experience with the agents in my brokerage and then he stated that he needed the mortgage authorization form to get the payoff. There are additional details to the issue as well. Also, when I advised him I would give him a review, he told me "Be careful with that review, I have been slandered once or twice and it led to legal action. Tell the truth." In 19 years of real estate, I have never dealt with an attorney who ranted and did business in this way. I wished him the best and my client will not be moving forward with his buyer based on his conduct. If I could give zero stars I would.
