The receptionist is very unprofessional. Puts people down for taking their “free consultations” . I made an appointment for my husband and I asked twice if the attorney Michael would be there and she said yes. No attorney was there. My husband was just asked questions by her and we did not get our questions answered in full detail. She responded to my message through messenger basically saying how dare I complain when it was free. Their office chose to offer free consultations why throw it in our face? I would definitely stay away!!!! After I complained to her about being lied to, she said this office would not be able to help us. Wow! Just wow!

My husband had a long process on his case because of COVID and because I had to work with 4 different paralegals which it back up the process a little bit more but I must say that the last one that we worked with was great and very helpful. Vanessa Sanchez went above and beyond to help us move the case faster, today my husband finally received his visa in the mail!! So I thank you Vanessa and Abel for all your help! God bless you.

I've worked with Michael on a project for almost a year now. He is readily available, professional and completely fluent in both Spanish & English. The firm is also really good about publishing free content and making him available on Facebook live events so people can get basic questions answered. I think Hendrix is an outstanding option for immigration legal assistance in Albuquerque and New Mexico in general.

Would give a 0 if I could. I had such a terrible experience with these lawyers. Unprofessional and it took them more than 6 months to give me a FOIA. I had to break the contract with them. They told me they would only take 250 from me for breaking the contract. I was okay with that as long as I could get out of a contract with them yet in the end they took 800 from me! I do not recommend these lawyers to anyone!
