I hired David Henry at Henry Law to help me with my divorce and custody matters. His is completely honest, straight-forward, and his fees are reasonable. I had a prior attorney before coming to him and she charged me for all kinds of nonsense . . . no overbilling with David. I am forever grateful to him and his staff for helping me obtain primary custody and dealing with my completely difficult spouse. I was able to get a very fair property settlement and am now able to move forward with my life. I have already recommended him to my cousin.

I contacted Mr Henry with only a couple day until an Emergency custody of my Grandson. Under the circumstances I was trying to get visitation from father. Due to Mr Henry,s due diligence and someone who finally looked at the evidence for what it was. I was awarded Temporary Sole Physical Custody of my grandson, which is unheard of. Definitely would recommend he fights for what is best for the child who can't speak for themselves. I will be retaining him for rest of my case.

This is my opinion after working with David for over a year.) I would give 0 stars if that were an option. What I can see is that he works very hard to defend himself on Avvo Reviews, but I never felt he worked very hard to help me or my case. Like others have said in the 1 Star reviews here and on google...the bills mount quickly and with little to no detail. I found communicating in a timely manner to be very difficult, despite all the fake AVVO 5 star reviews that commend him for his “incredible communication skills”. He makes you use his server which is cumbersome and no very mobile friendly and can be turned off by him, this preventing the ability to pull up any info after things go south with him (I have now lost my ability to get in now that I have posted this review). He refuses to text with clients (I have had other lawyers that are fine using text for quick info passing). He never once arrived to court before me, despite court mandated times for hearings. He completely missed my last child support hearing, so I defended myself out of desperation and got crushed. Very often our only “prep time” was done in the hallway right before court. He would never let me say a word in court without having a sometimes aggressive reaction telling me to be quite in what I and other family members found most awkward in that court room setting. In the end I worked with David for over a year, spent over $30,000 and I would not recommend him to anyone, ever... David then threatened to sue me for this honest review. You’ll note the last and only 5 star review on google for “David Henry” is by “DH” hmmmm ????

Rebuilding your life is never easy after a divorce, especially when there's a child involved. I hired Mr. Henry to represent me in my support case, by far one of the greatest lawyer in PA. Not only has he answered many of my questions about this issue, but I had many doubts and worries coming into this case. Mr. Henry has put my mind at ease with the current situation, which ended in a victory! Presently, re-hiring Mr. Henry for a custody matter; in hope of winning that case. I highly recommend Mr. Henry for consultation and/or any legal matter. Thank you Mr. Henry, for turning a negative and emotional roller coaster into a positive new phase in my life!

Very disappointed and was fooled by his prior reviews. I call him NO SHOW David. Missed two court appearances and never review documentations I post on his "Server" which is the way to communicate with him. Stay away, he under delivers, my divorce went no where fast with him and cost me a lot of money.
