WOW! That's the only word I can come up with. All the horrible reviews...line up with EXACTLY my experience! You won't believe this one....$5377 check sent to these idiots....they FED EX'd the check back to me?????? The check is made out to them!!! Monica Smith tells me to BRING IT BACK TO THEM ????????????????????....HILARIOUS!!! I live over an hour away from them and can't hardly walk...these ppl are crazy. Asked to speak to Judd....HOA supervisor ???????????? it was his bright idea to tell me to bring it back to them. Real dummies here!!! Who's in charge here???? Spongebob??? All I asked them to do is send a fed ex slip to me so I can fed ex it back to them...Monica said they won't do that! Not even to correct your error???? OMGGG...stay away from them. I will not stop until I reach the TOP ...hopefully they will lose business!
They are the worst of the worst trust me they will not reason with you and dont care about anything and very very unprofessional I send them a money order certified mail that needs to be sign as a receipt to let you know if they receive the payment and you have paid the post office for a return receipt they won’t even send it back or let you know they receive your payment they are definitely a fly by night lawyers
They are the lawyers for the dreaded HOA where I live. And they can be merciless. If you get to far behind in these challenging times you may get foreclosed on here in the great state of steal your home away.
“Mary Jane” does not return emails or calls, but continues sending letters. Sendera Ranch in Haslet HOA uses these crooks who waste time so they can try to add more “legal fees.” Edit: after pushing I finally got a response. Other reviews true in stating they milk time to add more fees. Don’t let them steal money for being turtles. Mary Jane, though, is polite once reached.
Want to talk about unprofessional and sketchy this company is indeed that! Hired by Lowery park HOA another joke they sent multiple letters threatening to foreclose on our home when we have been attempting to pay the bill now for weeks and an Armida never returned our emails or voicemails! Her voicemail was set up under a Laura Johnson???!! I literally had to call their Denver office and leave a message with another managing partner Deborah who never returned my call either shocker??! Then finally a Vinay returns our email and they want to tack on 300 for legal fees Im sorry what legal fees we literally never even spoke to an attorney! This attorneys office is a joke do not I repeat do not use them ever!
