The Herman Law Firm never over promised. They kept everything in perspective. But they sure hit a grand slam for me in the end. I was sorely disappointed. Taking from my experience with this firm, I will suffice to say, they didn't walk the talk and they were not up to snuff. I went with my gut and changed attorney's to the betterment of my case. I will let that speak for itself. I would recommend not making Herman Law (nor any firm for that matter) your first choice without checking them out first, as I should have done. Time is critical in filing a lawsuit, so choose wisely. The purpose of my review is not to "trash" but, rather, to inform. I hope this serves helpful.

I have been dealing with Krisel McSweeny for the last year and she is beyond remarkable. Returns my phone calls basically in minutes.
