We have been in the immigration process with them for nearly double the amount of time as expected. We never get return calls. They never communicate on next steps. We are constantly calling to keep them on the right track and find out what’s next. There is 2month wait for an appointment over the phone! 2 months for a 10 min phone call is totally unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed in this group. We are looking into another attorney because of our extreme dissatisfaction. Beware of the thieves that run this place. If you have another recommendation for attorney, take it. Avoid this place at all costs. After lots of time, money and frustration we are forced to look elsewhere for lack of communication, support, progress or success in this already stressful process.

Would highly recommend! During the immigration case for my wife and I, Emily and Melina were very attentive to my questions and emails throughout the entire process. It was completed in expected time even during this whole pandemic when everything is kind of unknown in regards to things being attended to and processing. This process was never difficult but just a matter of time. I am very happy I decided to go with Hernandez & associates.
