First thing I will say is I have unfortunately been in two car accidents since March. They had no problem taking the first accident, and they even knew that it was in a parking lot. When they couldn't figure out what to do my attorney started saying stuff like "well, I wasn't even supposed to take this because it was a parking lot case" and then eventually dropped that case. I would ask him if he called my witnesses and he'd say "yeah I called them, but they didn't call me back. I'm not that worried about it". Why wouldn't my lawyer want to talk to my three witnesses? I found out recently he never even talked to them. He just heard that FedEx had some video and he gave up. Is this even legal? I know it's not ethical..... Also, it's funny because I read these reviews and people are saying that they got their settlement within weeks. Here I am 4 months later and I'm being told that it's not going to be here for another year. I lost my car my job my income and everything due to two car accidents that weren't even my fault, and I'm about to be homeless because of it. I got hit by a FedEx truck, and they say they're not at fault so my lawyer is not going after them. I thought I came to these people for protection, but all I'm getting is the runaround.

After one year: Herrmann Law Group fees $5000; hospital & ER doctor $7000, and for my pain and suffering and anxiety; I will get $2000. None of my bills are paid. My attorney is an Insurance adjuster that reached a settlement before even speaking with me! But she managed to get Herrmann a decent fee! Let me say, my car 2012 Cadillac was totaled, the COP/policeman that hit me was cited for reckless driving! Go figure!!! Yes I'm upset and have been several times this past year. Good luck!!! Atty. We have not heard anything from your office since you accepted a $500, FIVE HUNDRED DOLLAR GROSS SETTLEMENT and disappeared.on a college bound minor passenger in car with $17,000 property damage and a defendant that a police officer, cited for neglect driving. The car was t-boned on the minor's passenger side of the car. The drivers settlement explained above. This is granddaughter and passenger is same totaled vehicle. Five hundred dollars gross settlement -- " I could have; my daughter or son in law could have done better than this with zero treatment and without an attorney." This ex-insurance adjuster, be forewarned. They will not put in the work to protect your interests and you will not hear from them when they screw up your account! Some firms can make more money filing liens! You should quit! Where are you Crystal??? What's up with my granddaughters claim? Huh? Don't believe the hype! Be careful...aggressive? Huh?
