We can't speak highly enough about Mr. Greg Herskowitz. I am 21 years in the business and he's handled some very intricate transactions, with often stressed-out buyers and sellers, incredibly well. Regardless of the price point, he makes everyone feel important. He's always treated everyone with professionalism. Especially in the past year dealing with a fluctuating real estate market, tight deadlines, no contingencies etc. He has always been helpful with educating us on the changes in contracts and best practices.

The team went above and beyond to make my closing smooth. They were punctual, responsive at all hours, and educated me throughout the process. Buying a home is an overwhelming and stressful process; knowing I could count on their expertise and professionalism brought peace that I wish for everyone. Further, there were complications with the sellers post closing and although not the issue of HK, they still answered my calls and went an extra 3 miles to help.
