Ms. Higgins did a great job getting me thru my recent Chapter 7 bankruptcy! She's very no nonsense & direct which I really appreciated. She kept me up-to-date every step of the way even with all the rescheduling & changes due to COVID-19. It may seem overwhelming at first to gather all the information for the filing, but just use the list she gives you - which is very thorough & comprehensive - & then she'll spend all the time necessary with you to get it all in the correct order & format for the court.
