I cannot speak highly enough in regards to the level of compassion, respect, knowledge, expertise, integrity and overall professionalism that Matt and his team exemplify. I truly do hold these people close to my heart. Matt, Tara, Andrew and Amber each played vital roles in my drawn-out divorce and custody case and ultimately were the reason we recieved multiple wins regarding various issues my ex-husband fought against (including getting my children vaccinated against Covid-19)--an issue Matt had never faced, yet he presented the issue in front of our district judge like a champ. I will also add, that while this was my first encounter with being in a courtroom and I didn't know quite what to expect, it was very apparent to me that the judge held some favor towards Matt, who was representing me, over my ex's lawyer who seemed to enjoy flinging insults and even attacked Matt's character at one point (which Matt immediately put a cease to and defended his honor, with the permission of our judge). Having a lawyer who knows how to not simply present your case and win, but understands how to conduct himself in a respectful manner in front of a judge, is vital. Matt and his team will help keep your mind focused on the end goal(s), will ensure that everyone's t's are crossed and i's are dotted (in other words, they pay close attention to all details including important dates/times and will make certain everything is always in order and organized), and finally, they are superb at holding the opposing client/counsel accountable when they are in the wrong and know how to put pressure on them when warranted. And while it's true that hiring this law firm won't come cheap, I can promise you that you get what you pay for. Matt and his team are the best around and at least for me, I wanted the best representation possible because my children mean everything to me. I can only hope that Matt and his team are willing to represent me again in the future if/when further conflicts arise.

Do not hire this lawyer. Excessively charged me a ton, including a monthly charge for “file review” that was not actually happening. Payed little to no attention allowing my case to drag on for years. Matt is unavailable and not responsive, a phone call takes 2 weeks to schedule and return… (unless you’re a potential new client)… Hurt my case more than helped by making unauthorized binding deals with other side, then not informing me! Matt demanded an additional $5k retainer when other side filed related motion, stated it was a whole different case… it was directly related to the ongoing case. Filed to leave when I asked for legal guidance…after I complained about abhorrent and excessive charges. Do not make my mistake. Hire a lawyer working for you, instead of their own bank account.

Matt allowed me to be completely screwed over by a neglectful ex. I lost the whole case because he refused to fight for the truth. His staff is inadequate as well. I was wrongfully charged for their abuse. I’m out about $40K because of their negligence. Stay away.

Absolutely stay away!!! This office will charge you a ridiculously large retainer upfront PLUS $250+ fee every month regardless if anything gets done, and drag the case along as slow as possible!! Save yourself the money and go to mediation, legal aid, there are many reputable attorneys in the area that are more than willing to help.

To say that Matt is the epitome of a professional attorney would be an understatement. This man has demonstrated his knowledge, empathy, and passion as an attorney for me on a few different occasions when I've required his services, over the past 10 years. Each time I've called on him, he has remembered details of my case that even I had forgotten, and has done such an amazing job of counseling me, on several occasions, to achieve the end goal of our case. The fact that we won every time I've used Matt just goes to show the end results are worth the price you pay. I will be forever grateful for Matt for the help that he has given me through the years.
