Hinton Law Office. PLLC

Well nothing good to say about this law firm. Tim McClelland and his assistant Colleen cant communicate to save their lives.. One minute no work will be done on the file. Then when they cant keep the appointments as promised they send a 544. 00 dollar bill.. Find it funny that when you speak to 3 people in the office they claim he travels to locations out of town then they book you an appointment. Then they call in 2 days and say oh by the way Tim wont be going there this week..... Ummm okay so you scam me in by saying the lawyer comes to the town I live in. Then again say oh might be coming another week after that.... Wow I wonder how you keep clients with the lack of customer respect. After having 2 days cancelled by his staff saying he would be available. I had enough and went to a different lawyer..... They claim I owe 544 dollars for no work being done on the file and his assistant even said that multiple time email and phone conversations. then after cancelling appointments. Which I cant drive alone that's why it was very important the lawyer came to my home town which Tim was supposed too. Then when I told.his assistant I would not be using then due to the lack of communication and organization of the office I get a bill.... wonder how they would appreciate a bill for the waste of my time since its not free..... DONT USE THEM SCAMMERS
