Atty Sharon Levy was very helpful and professional. The rates were reasonable and the response more than met my expectations. I am happy to give them a good referral and will use them again for any future issues I may have.

While Atty Fountain is one of the best at what he does, this law firm is not client friendly at all. They rarely provide updates on your case and when you do call , the phone rings endlessly. It is super frustrating.

BEWARE of Attorney Venoal Fountain. Sloppy & Careless I called Hirsch & Levy to help evict a tenant who refused to leave the apartment when her lease expired. Attorney Fountain asked to see a copy of the lease, which I forwarded him. I later found out the he NEVER read the lease, and due to his LACK of due diligence and sloppiness (which could have been prevented if he read my lease) I was hit with state fines of several thousand dollars. If you want poor quality, carelessness and lack of attention to detail. Call Attorney Venoal Fountain at Hirsch, Levy & Fountain.

Nasty eviction was handled efficiently and at a reasonable fee. They are very knowledgeable and handled everything, keeping me from having to communicate directly with a nasty tenant. Definitely recommend.
