Here's an important update on my review about Peppler Law P.A.. Didn't want to do this but I believe this update may serve as an example of how, at the time, a good service can turn into a nightmare due to, in my opinion, lack of care and responsibility with my case. This update is important and relevant to those who are seeking this office's services. One and a half year ago, Peppler Law firm helped me to finalize my divorce case. All looked good until my ex-wife approached me earlier this year (2023) demanding payment of her share of the family assets. My agreement with her, and I'm quoting what i have said and agreed during my divorce mediation meeting, was tied to the sale of an asset, not to a fixed date. That is the part where, a person that never been to a court before, would need some skilled and careful help. My divorce agreement stated that my ex-wife's payment would be made NO LATER than 6 months after the divorce is filled with the court instead of after the sale of the above mentioned asset. I reached out to my attorney recently and his answer to me was "The agreement was reviewed by both of you and her counsel and myself. You read the agreement and you signed it." Whereas he is not wrong about that, when you pay thousands of dollars to a professional with decades of experience on divorce matters, I don't think it is unreasonable to expect that he would catch something like that. The situation now escalated to a point where I can face jail time. This is a big review and I really hope it help anyone seeking attorney services to make careful choices. I kept my original review below for reference. When you have a professional like Dr. Peppler handling your case, you can be sure you are working with the best! I could not be happier with how my case was treated. Dr. Peppler and his lovely paralegal, Ms. Melody, handled my case very responsibly and effectively. Thank you Tom and Mel for being the best!

Tom Peppler recently advised me on dissolving a professional Florida limited liability partnership. Tom was knowledgeable and explained Florida limited liability law as it affected my situation.
