My BWC claim was a car accident back in 1995. I was expecting a polite “not a chance”, but Mr Plunkett was very helpful and managed to get a settlement WAY beyond my expectations! I highly recommend him. He and his staff always returned my calls, answered my questions and always professional.

They need to hire a new scheduler. Called off work to meet with them only to have them say my appointment was @4 not 9am like i scheduled it. Not only did they voice no concern or remorse for their mistake my lawyer hung up on me. Totally unprofessional. This is not the first time they had me call off work for no reason. I totally wish i went with a different firm. I wish i could give them 0 stars
