My Attorney, Russell Hodges was magnificent in court today! He took a very old Trust template that was written under a 1970 law and masterfully navigated his way through every Article of the Trust and the law to prove that I am the sole beneficiary of the Trust. His skill, knowledge and organization drove the truth home to a clear conclusion. I highly recommend Mr. Hodges as a trusted attorney.

My father recently passed away. My sister and I had questions regarding our rights as his heirs, especially as there is non-relative with claims on his estate and will not even allow us to retrieve family heirlooms from my father's home. I just spoke with a woman named Ricky at the firm. She started asking me questions about my situation, so I answered. At that point, she told me her best advice was for me to file as an estate administrator with the county before the non-relative mentioned above could do so. Not knowing what that was, I simply asked what would be the benefit of doing that, to which she rudely replied "well what do you think?" I was shocked by such a callous response to a simple question. I told her I didn't think that was a very fair response as I'm not a lawyer and don't know what she's talking about. She replied "I'm not a lawyer either. Good luck to you in finding someone to help" and hung up on me. I cannot imagine ever speaking to someone, especially in a time of grief, the way a representative of this firm spoke to me. Stay away from these people.

Wow the very best lawyer so understanding people I lost my oldest son 7 months ago been very sad and very hard on me this is the first time I've left my home in months needed to get our wills redone we made a appointment the staff was so understanding and he was super I thought I would cry and fall apart but thanks to this law frim kindness ???? The lawyer I used ( Chris Miller) was very professional, great about keeping me up to date. He took his time with me when I had guestions, always ask if there was anything he could help me with. He repersented my daughter. The law firm also helped me with my husband's paperwork and gave good advice when I needed it. Didn't charge a arm and leg for their survices. Cheryl was very helpful with my situations. Very pleasent lady, every body easy to talk to.
