Going through a very difficult custody battle, I am really seeking an attorney that can defend me and who understands the challenges that men face in trying to play a role in their children's lives in today's family court system. I booked a consultation with Kyle Wiete and his biggest concern seemed to be me being able to afford his $3,000 retainer fee, and $300+ per hour rate rather than helping me establish visitation with my children. After my consultation, over a week had passed and I received no follow up phone call from Mr. Wiete, so I contacted his office to attempt to setup payment arrangements with him. I left a message with his secretary and still have not received a call back. That was enough for me to decide I don't want to invest $3,000 into a lawyer who cannot even return a phone call . They seem like another big name firm that's quick to charge outrageous retainer fees while getting you little to no results at all on your case. It seemed like too much of a risk to me for a lawyer who displayed no desire to help me resolve my case.

These attorneys are the best for helping with child custody cases. I will never use anyone else.
