I hired him due to the fact he was a prosecutor before becoming a defense attorney. He actually get the case dismissed although I had a hard time getting him to update me on the case. He was able to engage the prosecutor to get the case dismissed. I am very satisfied with his service.
We retained Hoffman and Hoffman to settle the estate of our son. We could not have been more pleased with the professionalism, efficiency and compassion of Teresa, Sean and Christina. They recovered assets from several sources we hardly were aware of, and had little idea how to pursue. They were understanding at times when we were not up to dealing with the financial matters surrounding our son's death. They kept us apprised of fling numerous court documents without requiring any effort on our part. I had done the estate of my mother in upstate New York, which was a simple matter of dealing with the county clerk. In Florida (Miami-Dade) matters are much more involved and you do not want to engage in the process without a good attorney. Based on our experience we'd strongly recommend Hoffman and Hoffman.

I highly recommend the services of Hoffman and Hoffman. Teresa Hoffman has been extremely helpful and provided guidance when I was setting up my will and related documents. She explained each document and why it was needed. She and her team also assisted with estate-related issues after my mother passed away. They were timely, efficient, and always available to answer my questions..
Extremely bad experience, on a simple case the guy with out my input is trying to turn my case in to a phsycho case.
