Teresa was absolutely fantastic in obliging a major financial services company - Putnam - to return funds we had deposited on behalf of our son for his education. Oliver, 12, had died suddenly of leukemia and Putnam forced us to take legal action before they would return $30,000 to an estate that we were obliged to create for Oliver and for which in the process we had to prove that his funeral bill had been paid (to ensure he had no creditors).
