Mr. Hogan represented me in a case to help get my children back in a custody suit. Mr. Hogan was with me from the beginning. Him and his team were excellent. It should be noted that the court system was backed up and we had numerous delays. Mr. Hogan kept me informed and had a plan every step of the way to overcome the court delays. We were able to settle out of court and I was very pleased with the outcome.

I called in to speak with an attorney for advice on a civil case. Before I got into the why, I said "for a civil case". The receptionist takes down all of my information and then ask me to tell her what's going on. I go through this heartwrenching story about losing my beloved dog, until I'm interrupted and then told that they don't take civil cases. The lady was nice about it though. I remained calm but was annoyed. Why did you have me tell you the story, where I would have to relive everything, just for you to make me insignificant for calling to get help.? I know it may not be a big money case but, all I needed was some advice so that I can get justice for my doggy.

Attorney Hoyas was awesome and accepting my case with ease and guided me with as less stress as possible. Ms Pamela Brown was also very helpful and understanding to my needs. She was knowledgeable and gave multiple options as well to get what I needed done in a timely manner.

From the get go Mr.Hogan and Mrs.Brown have been amazing! Even before I retained them, Mr.Hogan would call me in a timely manner and put my mind at ease about the process ahead. Their communication is top notch. All my questions have been answered throughout this whole process. Mrs. Brown is patient and takes time to call me to explain what documents she is sending me and why they’re necessary. So thankful I found these guys and have them in my side. I can’t recommend them enough!

Divorce....the worse kind of subject to need a lawyer. Mr hogan was my attorney, he handle himself very professional. Even when I felt he wasn't working and ignored my calls it turned out he was working my case(my apologies Mr hogan). Ms Pamwas his assistant,motherly, is the best way to discribe her! LET THEM DO THEIR JOB! MONEY WELL SPENT. I am a MAN and MILITARY, they were able to show the courts I was the best fit parent to have my kids!
