Do not use them unless you want to throw your money away. They are totally useless and unprofessional. They don't return your call or messages. They're nothing but thieves.
Went for consultation this week. Spoke with Kim and she put our minds at ease. They are doing all of our family planning at a reasonable rate. We have known the Hogans since his dad owned the drug store uptown. Very trustworthy family. We feel we have made the right decision going with this law firm and would strongly recommend them.
Went to this firm when my in-laws mortgage company was suing my husband after his parents passed away. The firm contacted the mortgage company and did all the paperwork, the mortgage company wanted my husband to sign an affidavit. We were not completely understanding the reason for this so we sent two emails asking for someone to explain this affidavit (the reason we hired a law firm). After no email response we called the office and were told it is just a form that needed to be signed. We then sent a third email stating we were not signing until it was explained, this email was finally responded to a month and a half after it was sent. Very disappointed in the professionalism of this firm.
Had a credit from a previous issue they assisted me with and when I called to set up a trust appointment they couldn’t find the credit because they had a new system so I was out the monies. They were very unorganized with my appointment didn’t have anything ready. Needless to say I cancelled my appointment If I owed them money I am sure they would put me in collections if I didn’t pay
Failed to properly do a power of attorney TWICE. First time they didn't know the law was changed to need a different wording, second time they didn't make sure it was signed as needed. Now phone calls aren't being returned. Took the money though.
