Paul Pochepan was hired to do an Article 81 for me. He did not perform HIS duties as my attorney for me- Getting me what I paid for, a change. Additionally, behind my back in court, he collected a $3000 payment from the court, through my fathers estate after already being paid by myself for his “work. NOT RECOMMENDED. HE IS A DOUBLE DIPPING THIEF. BEWARE!
