I used HoganWillig for a civil case. They were unbelievable, professional in truly an understatement. I was updated every step of the way whenever there was any news on my case I'd find out right away, they also would call and check in with me when there wasn't any news just to keep in contact. I mostly dealt with Linda and she was great. She fought for me until she got what she felt I deserved. When I first met with HoganWillig I didn't even think I really had a case. I just recently dealt with them when I bought my house and they were awesome! Every single person I came into contact with was extremely nice and professional. They handled everything in a timely manner and kept me informed every step of the way. This law firm is EXTREMELY unprofessional! This review in no way reflects the competence of the lawyer or paralegal we worked with, simply the firm itself. nWe had excellent service with wills, POA, etc. but when it came to a Medicaid Application, we were left hanging. nnThe lawyer left DAYS after we met with her. She said nothing, understandably, as I am certain the firm did not want her recruiting clients to her new employer. We were given NO NOTICATION from Hogan and Willig before or after her departure. nHer paralegal took over our case. We emailed her recent statement to complete the application on a Friday, she replied that they were received and that she would review them on the following Tuesday. I emailed her that Friday to follow-up, heard nothing and called on Monday. I was told that she left as well!!! Again, NO NOTIFICATION from the firm. Meanwhile this delay is costing us THOUSANDS of dollars!!! nI would recommend Pfalzgraf, Beinhauer and Menzies LLP
