Friendly &, if you're on a bicycle, conveniently located (parking might be tough if you're driving a car; I don't know). However, when they were the closing attorneys in me selling my house, they got the paperwork wrong twice, they didn't send me the closing documents, & their check for my selling proceeds never made it to me. I had to ask for a stop payment on that check so they could issue a new check. nIt could have been worse, but it could definitely have been better.
No complains at all.
