Mr kibler was like my grandfather..(through marriage) for a long time,so I will always love this place. He cared about his employees and everyone in his life. Holland and knight is great
Patrick J Duffey is a crook, this guy think that if he has the power to be a lawyer he can pick up on other people or companies. This guy he is a lawyer but he is not respect any contract. His girlfriend / future wife moved to Tampa area and they had a contract to honor and they didn't. Just because he think he know the law he tried to blackmail the moving company and the guys that work at the company. Be Careful from this guy. I would recommend to check his background first and not hire him. It's a shame that at our community we have people "lawyers" like this crook.
You would think such a prominent firm would at least ensure service of process was completed. Not so. Years of litigation just flushed down the toilet. Thanks a ton Paul and Kendyl. Now they're hiding behind the determinations of the Judge that was disqualified for being associated with opposing cousel. Even Judge Farfante rebutted their testimony. Wouldn't be surprised if every lawyer in the firm was indicted for fraud.
