I was the victim of fraud. This DA declined to prosecute. The Secret Service in Ventura took the case and solved it very quickly. I wrote a letter to the DA and she called me back to say she would look into what happened and would let me know. Wonder of wonders, she never called me back. Washington is not the sole owner of swampland!
No regard for human life.
