It has been near 5 years and this woman has caused so much damage, we are still trying to straighten things out. She is dishonest, does not exercise her legal duties when intimidated by an attorney from a larger firm, and when asked about her duties, she refuses to answer. When your loved one is unconscious or incapacitated, she is not of help. Rather than address these issues or inconsistencies, she just refers to other attorneys. Don't waste your time or money, get an actual attorney that won't do questionable things. Ask her about her ability to be honest....its really sad. A deceased family member is an attorney and she's the exact kind that you should steer clear from.
