I hired Mr Holloway for a family member after the attorney we paid $2250 for (Jim Rife), didnu2019t have the time of day for us. We were told 24 hours before our scheduled court date (and only because I reached out to him to see if he had been in touch with the DA since court was in 24 hours) that Jim Rife had the flu and was bedridden. Jim Rife was unwilling to explore any option such as asking another attorney to cover him out under the circumstances, and he refused to reach out to the DA by phone to try to come up with any solution. He simply expected my family member to wait another month until another court date. Rehab had been arranged and paid for and waiting another month was not an option we felt was fair at all.nSo, I called Mr. Hollowayu2019s firm and spoke to Stephanie (very professional) about our circumstances. She had Mr. Holloway call me immediately. He put me on HOLD and called the DA to speak with him about our situation. Mr Holloway took on our case and showed up for court the next morning.
