They put a freeze on my account and took the little money that I had. They also tried to garnish my wages but the lawyer that came to court agreed to a small payment plan. They weren't happy about this, so they tried to take me back to court to garnish my wages, but the judge had already settled it. And I agree with the others who say that they never answer the phone.

You all have infringed my 6th Amendment Rights. I am pursuing litigation.

Horrible company! I was late for the month of December even though I was 2 months ahead of schedule. I paid them online for the payoff amount in January which means I paid them off 5 months early. These people garnished my savings account for being late and would not release the garnishment even though the balance was 0 until I paid them $31.20

I wish I could give zeros. I have had no notice of a garnishment to my accounts and yet they do it anyway! Can’t ever get them on the phone to find out what is going on and why. Horrid Horrid company.

MULTIPLE times now I have tried to get in contact with them and when they return my call, they hang up as soon as I answer the phone! WHY?!?!? Then when I call them back again, I sit listening to the continuously repeating message about how busy they are for no less than 10 minutes before giving up and trying again later! SMH!!!!
