Holt And Hirsch

I called Mr. Holt 2 weeks before I went to his office to talk to him about my issue. He said he really could not do anything for me but he said that usually people come to his office to discuss their issue(s). Mr. Holt's office is in Dallas TX. I live in Newport Coast, CA. So, I made an appointment, got an airline ticket, and went to Dallas to meet Mr. Holt. During out meeting, he made a point to say he would not do anything immoral or unethical. I was not asking him to do either. He went on to say, he really could not do anything for me. While Mr. Holt made a point to raise himself above by proclaiming his moral and ethical character, he had no problem inconveniencing me. He really did not want to do anything for me, even write a letter to the opposing counsel--that was too inconvenient for him. Instead of asking me to email the documents, he asked me to bring them to his office knowing I lived out-of-town. He asked me to waste one whole day and to spend around $1,200 to discuss the issue in Dallas TX knowing that his response would be the same as in the telephone conversation. In addition, upon the conclusion of our meeting, he refused to have his secretary call me a cab to return to the airport. Not only was he inconsiderate, he was inhospitable.
