I wholeheartedly recommend Hamilton "Tate" Holt and Bay Area Disability if you are thinking about applying for Social Security Disability (SSDI). If you have any chance of getting through this challenging bureaucracy you need a good lawyer like Tate on your side. There is no upfront payment required and lawyer fees are capped by law. I would not trust something so important to one of the giant unfeeling law firms that are just trying to make money and rush through clients. Wasn’t to sure where to start after I knew my disability was going to not let me continue my career. Called Tate and explained my story and after about a 45 minute call he told me I had a great chance of getting SSDI so we applied a couple weeks later.
