I am in the process of buying a new home with Highland. The experience has been awful from the arrogant sales people to the unresponsive builder. We asked that several pretty serious issues be fixed with the home before closing and they were not. We had a shower customized for my mother in law and they could not do something as simple as use the right grout color. nnYou definitely get the impression once you go to contract with this builder, you become an after thought. Stay away...I have owned a J Patrick home here in the Woodlands and the experience was much better. There are better choices out there.nn
